Terms and Conditions for Built to Last Group Coaching Program

  1. Description of Services
    By enrolling in the Built to Last coaching program, you will receive 9 weeks of coaching services, including weekly group coaching calls, lessons, worksheets, and tools. Please note that this program is not therapy or counselling.

  2. Payment and Refund Policy
    Full payment of $1997 is required at the time of purchase. Refunds are available if requested before the first scheduled program call. Payment will be refunded minus any transaction fees.

  3. Scheduling and Cancellations
    Weekly group calls will be scheduled at the same time each week unless otherwise noted. Replays will be available if you’re unable to attend live. The bonus 1:1 coaching call must be booked within the 9-week coaching period. A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled.

  4. Communication
    All communication about scheduling or program-related questions should be done via email or the Facebook group. Please ask curriculum questions in the Facebook group and email any course administration issues. The coach will respond to emails and Facebook group questions within 48 hours.

  5. Confidentiality
    All personal information shared during the program will be kept confidential. Testimonials may be used for marketing purposes with your consent. The coach cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information shared online. Please keep your questions and discussions general to avoid sharing private details. The coach may share your stories for marketing but will always ask for permission before using your name and will avoid disclosing personal information.

  6. Program Limitations
    This program is structured as a coaching service and not as counselling. If you are currently in counselling with the coach or have been within the last two years, you agree not to engage in counselling with the coach during the span of the program.

  7. Termination
    You may terminate your participation in the program at any time for any reason. However, please note that no refunds will be given for payments made after the first group call.

  8. Limitation of Liability
    The coach is not liable for any damages or losses related to your participation in the program. The success of the program depends on your efforts, actions, and decisions.

  9. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia.
